Zakynthos is a city located in the Ionian Sea. It is the capital of the island of Zakynthos and the seat of the municipality of Zakynthos. The city is built on the slopes of a hill and overlooks the harbor and the Ionian Sea. It is the second largest city in the Ionian Islands.

Cluj-Napoca is a city in northwestern Romania and the capital of Cluj County. It is located in the historical region of Transylvania. The city was the capital of the Dacian kingdom under the rule of Burebista. After the Roman conquest of Dacia, it became the capital of the province of Dacia Apulensis. During the Middle Ages, Cluj-Napoca was part of the Kingdom of Hungary. It was first mentioned in documents in 1213 as a Hungarian royal town.
